Finance / Accounts Department shall not be treated as a supporting function. Their involvement in business decisions is essential to your business. 

Most businesses review their financial statements in a very general manner, they are interested in Sales, Profit Margin, Expenses, Inventories, Receivables, Payables, Fixed Assets, etc.; however, these are merely historical data, it will not mean anything if no future decision can be made.

We suggest that the Finance / Accounts Department should cover more aspects, and be able to advise business owners in making better and well informed business decisions.
